Simple Present Tense

>=o According with the evaluation of Simple Present Tense I could notice you have problems with auxiliaries "DO and Does". y para expresarme en español vi que tenian problemas con los Auxiliares :D bueno usare aqui les hare una breve explicacion

Simple Present Tense

Debemos tener claro las formulas que nos ayudan, no significa que siempre las tendremos que estar viendo peroooooo!!! una ves que las asimilen, podran formar sentences sin mirarlas, porque las :x internalizaran. tal como hacen con el español saben decir las cosas porque saben y no se ponen a pensar "segun la regla como pregunto?" with English is the same.

Positive Statetements:

in affirmative sentences we DON'T use the auxiliaries: "DO and DOES". asi es en oraciones afirmativas no usamos los auxiliares "do y does". BUT we have to ADD -s to the verbs to the base form of 3rd person. PERO a las terceras personas tenemos que agregar -S al final de los verbos, y si el verbo terminan en -y precesida por una CONSONANTE agregamos -ies por ejemplo: He tries (try), She Cries(cry), She Fortifies (fortify), He Studies(Study).

Hay excepciones como el verbo GO y DO: She Goes, He does.

Structure

Subject + Verb+ Complement

in Case of 3rd person

Subject + verb+s + Complement

Example:

I, You, We, They -> eat lunch at noon.

He, She, It -> works well in any situation.

Negative statements:

Conjugate the helping verb 'do' not (don't and doesn't) the base form of the verb to make negatives. >_> esa palabra me trabo la clase pasada "Conjugate" xD, Bueno jovenes :D como podemos ver, en su forma negativa del Simple Present. Nesesitamos Auxiliarnos con los auxiliares, valga la redondancia: "DO y el DOES"

Remember "DO" for the singular persons "I" and "You" and all the plural persons. el do las usamos para las personas en singular YO y TU, y para todas las personas plurarles.

DOES es unicamente para las Terceras personas: He, She, It.

Structure:

Subject + Auxiliary do or does + Not + Verb + Complement:

I Do Not Eat Fish = Yo no como pescado

She Does NOt DO Her Homework = Ella no hace su tarea

Nota 1: notese en la oracion "She does not do her homework" el primer "does" no tiene ningun significado contextual mas que indicar que estamos negando algo. el "do" es el verbo hacer

en ingles para negar algo en tiempo present necesitamos el auxiliar Excepto para el verbo TO BE que como dijimos el es independiente y NO NECESITA de ningún auxiliar para existir todos los demás verbos si necesitan auxiliar.

Nota 2: In the sentense "she doesn't do her homework" el VERBO: DO que es hacer esta en su forma base, Porque? Porque si a pesar que estamos hablando de la tercera persona SHE no le agregamos el -ES? porque? Simple el auxiliar DOES ya nos esta indicando que se esta conjugando la oracion para tercera personas, seria ilogico decir "she doesn't does her homework" es incorrecto. y es lo mismo para todos los verbos "He doesn't PLAY piano" "She doesn't EAT hamburguers".

otros Ejemplos:

I, You, We, They -> don't enjoy opera. or

He, She, It -> doesn't belong to the club.

questions

Conjugate the helping verb 'do' (do or does) the base form of the verb in question forms.

Ya sabemos que el does es para terceras personas no? para preguntar la structura es simple:

Structure:

Aux. Do or Does + Subject + verb + Complement + ?

Do you Dance Samba ?

Does she RUN fast ?

NOTA 3: in the question "Does She RUN fast?" el verbo RUN esta en su forma base a pesar de referirnos a tercera persona, asi como mencionamos en la nota 2, es la misma regla, el DOES nos indica que hablamos de una tercera persona por lo cual no es necesario agregar -S al verbo

Example:

Do -> I, you, we, they -> work in this town?

Does -> he, she, it -> live in this city?
